Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please bear this in mind before purchasing.  Some colours may vary depending on size etc. 

Product Information
Most products displayed on this site are available in our physical shops. In some cases, goods displayed for sale on this web site may not be available at The Edge Watersports. The currency amounts shown are based on the daily exchange rate. This is an approximate value based on the conversion from the chosen currency to the current exchange rate compared against GBP (UK) Sterling. The final transaction amount may differ slightly on your credit card statement based on your bank's conversion rate at the time of the transaction and if a charge is levied by the bank.

CARRIAGE CHARGES
Carriage & Packaging to the mainland UK & Ireland is free for purchases  from our Website ( EXCEPT FOR LARGE ITEMS SUCH AS WINDSURF BOARDS AND CANOES / KAYAKS WHERE A £35 DELIVERY CHARGE APPLIES) The posting & packing is always charged at cost to the customer.
 

DELIVERY

All large, high value consignments are sent by courier, all small items low value are sent by first class post. Interlink Express deliver between 8.30am – 5.30pm weekdays. Addresses cannot be changed once consignments have left. We can arrange to leave items safely, only if the customer  takes responsibility for loss or damage. 

All shortages or damages must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods otherwise claims will not be considered.  Delivery dates mentioned in any quotation or acceptance form or elsewhere are approximate only and not of any contractual effect and the company shall not be under liability to the buyer in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular date or dates.  If in the case of the contract or any order involving more than one delivery, default is made in payment on the due date the company shall have the right to suspend all or any further deliveries pending payment or to terminate the contract in its entirety by notice in writing to the buyer.

 

Delivery Schedule

 All prices exclude delivery. We endeavour to ensure our delivery service is as cheap and efficient as possible. All orders will be processed in 2 to 3 working days, or, in case of a problem, the customer contacted.

Generally speaking, mainland UK deliveries will be received next working day.

Back Orders

 If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Your credit card will not be debited until the item has been dispatched. If we can not back order your goods, we will let you know.

 

DAMAGED GOODS.

Damaged goods will only be replaced on the receipt of the damaged items returned to The Edge Watersports. Alternatively replacement items will be sent out only on the full payment of the replacement article. Payment via another credit card number. On receipt of returned goods a full refund will be made of the replacement article less any additional charges.

 

 PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT PAY RETURN CARRIAGE UNLESS GOODS ARE DEEMED AS FAULTY
